Subscription Terms

These terms explain the rules for Audio Reversal premium access, auto-renewing subscriptions, free trials, restore purchases, refunds and lifetime purchase products.

Before purchasing: Specific products, prices, billing periods, free trials, promotion eligibility and renewal rules are determined by the purchase page and Apple App Store payment confirmation page.

App Information

1. Scope

These terms supplement the User Agreement and apply when you purchase or use premium access, auto-renewing subscriptions, free trials, promotional subscriptions, restore purchases or lifetime purchase products in Audio Reversal.

The current code indicates that in-app purchase capability is mainly handled on iOS through Apple StoreKit and QSInAppPurchase. Purchase capability on non-iOS platforms depends on the actual version and store display.

2. Premium Benefits

Premium or paid benefits may include ad-free access, advanced audio processing, more usage, fuller save or share capabilities, other premium features shown on subscription pages, and premium features added in later versions. Specific benefits are determined by the in-app purchase page.

If a subscription expires, is canceled or refunded, payment fails, or App Store entitlement verification cannot be completed, related premium features may stop being available.

3. Product Types

The app may offer weekly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, promotional weekly subscriptions, post-trial subscriptions, products for users who canceled trials, backup subscription products, and lifetime purchase products. Product IDs, display names, prices and periods may vary by region, promotion, version, taxes and App Store configuration.

A lifetime purchase means a one-time purchase of specified paid benefits while this app remains available. It is not an auto-renewing subscription and does not guarantee inclusion of all future standalone products, other apps or separately charged services.

4. Free Trials

Free trials are usually available only to eligible new subscribers. If you previously used a free trial for the same service, subscription group or similar promotion, Apple or we may determine that you are no longer eligible.

After the free trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the price and period shown on the purchase page unless you cancel in time. Trial eligibility, trial length and post-trial price are determined by the App Store payment confirmation page.

5. Auto-Renewal and Billing

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each subscription period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple usually charges your Apple ID account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Prices may vary by country or region, taxes, exchange rates, promotions and App Store policies. You should review the final price, period and terms shown on Apple's payment confirmation page before purchase.

6. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through Apple ID account settings. A common path is: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > select Audio Reversal or the relevant subscription > Cancel Subscription.

Canceling a subscription turns off renewal for the next period and does not necessarily end the benefits of the current paid period immediately. If you cancel during a free trial, the end time of benefits depends on Apple's actual handling of that trial and subscription.

7. Restore Purchases

If you change devices, reinstall the app or benefits do not display correctly, you can use the in-app Restore Purchases feature to attempt to restore valid subscriptions or purchases. Restoration depends on transaction and subscription status returned by Apple.

If the App Store account, region, network, order status or platform service is abnormal, restoration may fail or be delayed.

8. Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions completed through the App Store are usually refunded by Apple under its policies. We cannot guarantee that a refund will be approved and generally cannot process refunds on Apple's behalf. You may submit requests through Apple's refund channel.

If a refund succeeds, an order is revoked or payment fails, we may terminate the corresponding paid benefits.

9. Entitlement Verification and Data Processing

To provide premium benefits, restore purchases, troubleshoot orders and analyze subscription performance, the app processes product IDs, transaction IDs, original transaction IDs, subscription dates, original subscription dates, price, purchase status, device identifiers, app version, system information, IP-derived region and attribution information.

Subscription and purchase-related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Apple also processes payment, billing, refund and account information under its own terms and privacy policy.

10. Changes to Prices, Benefits and Terms

We may adjust subscription prices, trial rules, premium benefits or terms based on business needs, regions, platform policies, feature changes or promotions. For price changes to auto-renewing subscriptions, Apple may require your confirmation or send you a notice.

If you do not agree to changes, you can cancel the subscription before the changes take effect. Continued use of paid services after changes take effect means acceptance of updated benefits and terms, unless law or platform rules require otherwise.

11. Restrictions and Termination

If you violate the User Agreement, these terms or applicable law, or use paid features through fraud, abuse, bypassing payment limits, cracking or sharing entitlements, we may restrict or terminate related benefits where permitted by law.
