User Agreement

This Agreement sets the terms for using Audio Reversal, including recording, audio import, reverse processing, playback, saving, sharing, built-in sounds, advertising and paid services.

Please read first: By using the app, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. You should also read the Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms.

App Information

1. Service Description

Audio Reversal provides recording, audio import, reverse playback, speed and pitch changes, waveform display, playback, saving, sharing and built-in prank sound features. Some features, content, ad-free access, usage limits or advanced processing may be offered as premium or paid benefits.

The app mainly processes audio locally on your device. We do not provide account cloud storage, cloud audio backup or a guarantee that local files will be permanently preserved.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to use the app and accept this Agreement. If you are a minor, you should use the app under the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian, especially when recording, sharing, subscribing or making payments.

3. Software License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on lawful devices.

You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, sell, rent, transfer or distribute the app or any part of it without authorization, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain rights in audio content that you lawfully record, import, edit or share. To perform the functions you choose, you authorize the app to record, read, copy, transcode, reverse, change speed or pitch, play, save and prepare sharing of the relevant audio on your device.

You represent that you own or have obtained the necessary rights for content you record, import, edit, save or share. You are responsible for your content, recording activities and sharing activities.

6. Local Storage, Export and Sharing

Recordings and imported audio are stored in the app's local directory by default. You can delete recordings in the app or export audio through the system file picker or share sheet.

Once you actively save audio to an external location or share it with a third-party app, contact, social platform or cloud service, the selected recipient processes the data under its own rules. You are responsible for confirming recipients and sharing scope.

7. Advertising, Analytics and Third-Party Services

In the free version or non-premium state, the app may display ads. The app may also use Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP, Apple AdServices, Apple StoreKit, App Store, first-party analytics and feedback services for analytics, advertising, attribution, subscriptions, feedback, diagnostics and legal page display.

8. Paid Benefits and Subscriptions

The app may offer weekly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, lifetime purchases or other products shown on the purchase page. Product type, benefits, price, billing period, free trial and promotion rules are determined by the purchase page and App Store display.

Subscriptions, payments, renewals, restore purchases and refunds are usually handled by Apple. For auto-renewal, cancellation, free trials, restore purchases and entitlement termination, please read the Subscription Terms.

9. Changes, Interruptions and Termination

We may add, modify, suspend or terminate features due to version updates, maintenance, security, compliance, SDK changes or platform policy adjustments. We try to keep the app available, but do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, system version, region or network.

If you violate this Agreement or applicable law, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to relevant features where permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

The app's code, interface, icons, design, text, built-in sounds, trademarks, service names and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws, except for user content and third-party rights. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used for purposes inconsistent with this Agreement without authorization.

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Audio processing results may be affected by microphone quality, file format, system version, processing settings, third-party players and background noise. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, meet all expectations or be suitable for any specific professional purpose.

You understand that recording and sharing may involve legal obligations. We are not responsible for consequences caused by unauthorized recording, importing, processing, saving, publishing or sharing of content by you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app, data loss, device failure, third-party services, user content, advertising or subscription platform conduct.

13. Updates

We may update this Agreement. The effective or updated date at the top will change. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through in-app notices or other appropriate methods.
